Integrating with SamCart payment option looking for 'conversion code' to use?

I don’t know what ‘conversion code’ to use in order to track WP affiliate links in conjunction with a SamCart checkout.

Ask them if they offer any variables from the transaction on the Thank You page. If they do, what are those variables?

We can definitely do a blind conversion tracking but the problem is that it is susceptible to fraud. Your users can manipulate commissions which you don’t want. I personally wouldn’t use blind conversion. However, if you don’t care then we can definitely do it for you.
