Integrating with European-based Click and Buy

I want to integrate with a payment solution that can accept recurring direct debit through bank transactions. In other words, getting recurring payments from people who don’t have a credit card. The company Click and Buy has this service here in Europe. Is it possible to integrate with them?

How could I do this? Or are you aware of another service that may do the same and integrate with eStore?
