Tagged: eStore and Emember
Hello,
Is there any way, or any plans, to integrate either estore and/or emember with the sign-up facilities of moodle? that is, when someone buys an item or signs up via emember, that they are automatically signed up to moodle (and their wordpress account shares the same credentials as their moodle account).
a very similar product is on offer by edwiser bridge but it forces alll sales via paypal (which is not very flexible and also is not good in a corporate world) and they also provide a woocommerce plugin for it. but woocommerce has way to much overhead and the various extensions for it are not at a suitable quality (compared to your products).
so, is there any way to integrate moodle signup facilities with either estore and/or emember, or are there any plans to do such an integration?
thanks
graham
Our membership plugin already works with any solution that works with WP users. Have you already checked the following documentation?
No that is not what i am asking. I am asking whether you have plans to integrate your sign-up facilities with Moodle (which is a standalone product – separate from WP). Moodle has its own user authentication system which uses the REST protocol.
I am asking whether you have plans or if it were possible to integrate with Moodle so the user account registration process in either Emember or WP can be also create users in Moodle and a single password can be used between the 2 systems (and their wordpress account shares the same credentials as their moodle account)..
No, I don’t have any plan for it right now.
