Hello admin,
Is it possible to integrate eMember with jvzoo dot com?

February 14, 2012 at 11:41 pm #41920adminKeymasterDo you create the Payment button on your PayPal account like you normally do?
February 16, 2012 at 7:36 am #41921PHDLoverMemberHi,
actually the payment button is using button/link provided by JVZoo..
February 16, 2012 at 11:40 pm #41922adminKeymasterOkay in that case my question is the following:
Is it possible to add a value similar to the following in the custom field of the PayPal button that JVZoo creates?
subsc_ref=1
1 is the membership level ID in this examples (it basically tells eMember which membership level this user paid for).
If it is possible to do the following this you can still forward the PayPal IPN to eMember and it will work just the same way this document explains:
Alternatively, JVZoo can use eMember’s API to create the member account after the payment is complete:

I guess it’s easier to use eMember’s API. I will try that and will back to share it to others..

What was the final outcome of this?
April 16, 2012 at 5:56 am #41925adminKeymasterI personally never used jvzoo but I found this tread on the jvzoo forum which seem to explain how jvzoo can be used with eMember:
November 18, 2015 at 1:23 am #41926FrankMemberHey admin, the link in the post above is broken, do you know where it lives now? I’ll look too and reply if I do find it.
November 18, 2015 at 1:13 pm #41927wzpModeratorTheir support forums no longer seem to be accessible, and all attempts to access archived copies via the Internet Archive (WayBack Machine) result in an HTTP 302 error.
April 30, 2016 at 12:30 am #41928chippen2188MemberI was able to find the post again using the Internet Archive. I haven’t tested this yet, so I don’t know if it still works, but I really hope so. If I don’t find a solution to this I will have to buy another membership plugin that support JvZoo Integration…

April 30, 2016 at 4:30 am #41929adminKeymasterI have put the image up in our server so it doesn’t disappear later. Here is the URL:

Make sure to enable the debug option in the plugin so you can see if the plugin is receiving the notification correctly after the payment.
January 29, 2018 at 9:34 am #41930NorMemberHi, I’m using the combination of eStore+eMember+WPAffilate on my membership site.
I’m thinking of creating another sales page that will be integrated to JVZoo. In other words, JVZoo will act as the payment system (instead of eStore). So the scenario would be as follows:
1. Customer clicks the JVZoo button.
2. After successful payment, customer receives the usual Registration Email from eMember. And continue with the member registration as usual.
I have two questions in this regard:
1. Will this not conflict with the other sales page (where I have eStore as the paymment system)? I assume not, but wanted to confirm with you first as the plugins developers.
2. Is the instruction here (link below) updated? And has it been tested to work?

Thanks.
January 30, 2018 at 12:08 am #41931adminKeymasterI haven’t checked this for some time. Do they still have that IPN forwarding option? If they do then it should work fine.
