Instructions for using PDF Stamper with WP Simple Membership Plugin

Hello,

I understand that you have support for using PDF Stamper with the WP Simple Membership plugin — to get member name, member email address etc from that plugin’s database entries.

I am looking for a information on specifics of how to get PDF stamper working with this plugin. Also, do you have a list of the shortcodes that are available specific to WP Simple Membership?
