I have posted previously on this problem but did not get results. The download link email is taking too long for some buyers (as much as 30 minutes) and I need to display the download link on my thank you page, which is:

Here is the way that I have done this on the WordPress page (HTML tab)
Thank you for your purchase. You will receive an e-mail within 15 minutes which will contain the details of this transaction. The download links in that message will be valid for 72 hours and will be limited to 6 download attempts (just one should be sufficient.) If a link is shown below, you can click to download the file instantly.

If there has been an error or if you have difficulty in downloading the file, please contact me.
Here is what I see when the page is published, using View Source:

It seems that no code is showing which would bring the download link.
At PayPal I have Auto-return turned off.

August 12, 2010 at 12:26 am #23323wpCommerceModeratorCan you please make a test transaction with “Enable Transaction Result Display” option checked in the WP eStore settings? The download link will be shown only when someone has made a successful payment.

August 12, 2010 at 7:47 pm #23324tomsomMemberSorry, I should have written in my first post that I have made a couple of test transactions, plus queried three actual buyers. No download link has ever showed. “Enable transaction result display” has always been checked.
Also, I should say that I do not have Downloadable clicked on the product settings; that doesn’t work for me, perhaps because I have large files. The error message said something about space. I don’t care about this, it’s okay for my buyers to see the actual url.
