Can you tell me if this feature (the posting of the customer’s encrypted download links on your “thank you” page by using the [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end] shortcode) can be used when you are using 2Checkout and not PayPal for the checkout? I’m being sent to the Thank You page by 2Checkout just fine and the transaction completes however no download links will appear on the thank you page.
Yes, it should work for 2Checkout too as long as you have the IPN setup in your 2Checkout account correctly. What version of eStore are you using?
We’re using v6.1.7
In the Instant Notification Settings at 2Checkout I’ve just set things up as per the instruction on this page: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/2checkout-payment-gateway-setup-1075
The “Order Created” notification is enabled and gets sent to this URL: http://www.akbebooks.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_2co_ipn.php
So, just to be clear, even after setting those up as specified in the instructions the encrypted download links do not appear on the thank you page where the shortcode is placed.
I am also facing the same problem. All 2CheckOut payments are redirected back to the “Thank You” page without any download links appearing there.
2Checkout doesn’t have a feature similar to PayPal’s PDT feature as of now, so verifying the payment data on the “Thank You” page is not possible. This is explained in the limitations section of the 2checkout gateway setup documentation:
