Can WP eStore be installed on a blog hosted at WordPress.com and if so is it fully functioning if hosted there?

WordPress.com does not let you install any plugin on your own.

eCommerce is only permitted with the “WordPress.com Business” plan, which is $299 per year. You might want to consider using eStore with a lower cost hosting provider and WordPress.org instead.

Thanks wzp. I’m hosted on a different server but was curious for when clients ask.
