Infusionsoft Integration Addon – eMember

Hi there.

So I purchased the Infusionsoft Integration Addon and need to send form information to our Infusionsoft account. I’m trying to follow the documentation, but the options I have do not match the options given in your documentation.

It does not ask me for the APP (only the API). Then on the autoresponder options page it asks for the “Global List/Campaign Email Address:” instead of the “Autoresponder List/Campaign Name” – which would make a lot more sense. I don’t have an “email” to put in??? Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place for these options.

But the plugin does not seem to be working for me. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi again. I think I just found where you add the List/Campaign Name. Do you add it to the specific membership levels?? I’m messing around more and see an place to add it there!

Okay, still not working. To clarify, here is what I’m trying to accomplish.

1. A member would register on the website using eMember registration form (we have form builder addon).

2. They would be redirected to Infusionsoft to pay. That is where we want to connect the accounts and transfer the basic information.

Is this possible? Right now when we have a member register on eMember nothing is showing up in Infusionsoft account (we are testing with just free membership level).

Let me check your setup.

1) First, what this addon does. The first line explains what this addon does.

The members can be automatically signed up to your Infusionsoft account.

Is that what you are trying to do? From your explanation it sounds like you are trying to do something else.

2) There are 3 steps in the following page with screenshots that tells you what you need to do.

Which step is unclear? If you tell me which particular step is unclear, I will be able to explain more.

3) Do you have the debug option enabled in eMember? If not, you should enable it so I can check more details.
