Tagged: Infusionsoft, update
Hi. This is Daryl Peach. How are you all doing? I have deactivated the eStore plugin & attempted to FTP with Filezilla the new plugin update. I have de-compressed the folder. I uploaded the folder with all of the plugin subfolders directly within it. I received this error from Filezilla at the end of the upload. mkdir /home/dlphelp/public_html/mrr/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/lib/auto-responder/infusionsoft: failure
I am using SSH FTP connection if that matters. The entry above shows up in my Failed Uploads box at the bottom of the FTP client. I tried this twice & it failed both times. Thank you in advance for your help. Take care & Make it a great day.
Hello Daryl,
I also experienced a similar issue when I upgraded my package. I also used SSH, so that shouldn’t matter.
Here’s what I did:
1. Deactivate the currently installed version of the plugin.
2. Backup anything in the protected downloads folder inside the eStore plugin.
3. Via FTP, delete the eStore plugin folder.
4. Via FTP, copy over the new wp eStore plugin folder.
5. Add back your backed-up downloads into the protected downloads folder.
Now, go back and re-activate the plugin. You should be good to go.
