I think I understand how to use eMember to create member accounts that would have access to the same group of pages – if you’re a member, you get to see this set of pages.
But I’d like to also use eMember to create individual accounts, each of which would have access only to their ‘own’ page (in addition to the general access areas).
Possible? How?

To create protected content which only a specific member can see, you can use the “Section Protection for a Specific Member” shortcode.

That could work. Is there a way to drive the user to a log-in page to see that content if they attempt to?

If a non-logged in member tries to see the content they will obviously have to log in by clicking on the log in link or something similar which will then take them to the login form.
Then you can control the after-login redirection URL for specific members by editing their profile and setting the “After Login Page URL” to the page of your choice.
