Index Page Title & Message Not Showing

I’d like to set up the Affiliate login/index using Option 2 from here:

But when I add the shortcode to the page (tried in visual and html editor) the page or post publishes and just shows the shortcode.

So I went back to the 1st option, but the Index Page Title and Message as set in the plugin General Setting doesn’t show.

Regarding “the shortcode does not render”, Please try downloading a newer build of the plugin from here:

https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

I can see the title and the index page message fine here (they are in the index page not the member’s only page):

If you are logged into the affiliate area then log out and you will see it.
