Including tax in thank you page and email

I’ve noticed that when emails are being sent out or the thank you page for that matter the tax that I have added does not show in the emails or thank you page and their are no email tags to show this value eg Thank you for your purchase!

On the thank you page it will always show the total cost of the transaction (this amount includes tax and shipping and everything else).

The {product_details} tag in the email displays the individual item price with the quantity purchased. This value do not include tax.

You can use the following tag in the email which will show the total cost including tax:

{purchase_amt}

No as far as I’m aware {purchase_amt} does not include shipping costs but case you wanted that, there is also a tag for shipping costs:

{total_shipping}
