In Sandbox mode do transactions work?

Hi,

I just got this plugin and set it up according to the instructions.

I am testing it in sandbox mode.

Items get added to cart ok

I get sent to Paypall ok

I get returned and to the set Thank you Page with Short code [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end] On it.

First – I get no listing of the product on this thank you page

I get an email from pay pal saying – “WP eStore – Payment Verification Failed!” and not confirmation email… is this normal?

One more update on this… I made an item and sold it for .01.

The transaction went threw ok, and all information came up on the check out screen.

Guess its a sandbox issue –

Yep, your PayPal sandbox account is not setup correctly so it is not clearing the funds instantly. Setting up a PayPal sandbox account correctly can be a little painful. So if you can test using a live transaction, it can be an easier alternative.
