Improved conditions for coupons?

Hi,

I love this plugin but I’m finding the conditions for coupons a bit less functional than I’d ideally like.

For instance, there are a lot of products in the store in different categories. If I want to do a coupon code for all Books, for instance, I have to make sure every book has the word (Book) in its product title so I can make the coupon condition be that the name contains (Book). It would be much easier if I could make the condition be that the product is in a certain product category. That way you can have a coupon apply to all products in a category.

Another scenario is that it would be great to be able to use the same coupon code for a discount on two or more different categories of products, such as 50% off all Books AND CDs.

Would those kind of conditions for coupons be something that could possibly be added to the plugin without an enormous amount of developing?

I have always tried to keep eStore lightweight and easy to use by not adding to much heavy stuff.

Coupon option for a particular category sounds good to me. I will add it in (please check back within a few days).

That alone would make it much easier to use.

Would it be possible at all to be able to choose multiple categories instead of a single one? Even if you put in the category id numbers, like [3,6,8] or just a single one like [8]? Kind of like how you can include/exclude pages from the WP page list?
