The email sent to administrators upon a new sign up doesn’t provide a lot of information. I’m trying to see if the email can include all the registration details (name, address, state, zip, etc). We’re using eMember to register clients for a conference. The registration gives them access to a member’s only area on the website however the secretary would like to be notified of all the details whenever someone signs up. Hopefully that makes sense.
April 8, 2012 at 6:51 am #43828adminKeymasterThe secretary doesn’t have access to the admin of this site where he/she can find all the details of the user after they register?
We can definitely look into adding more information to the “Registration Complete” email.
April 8, 2012 at 3:52 pm #43829ToddMemberWe can always give her access to the admin area of the website but would prefer not to.
I started to play with the registration complete email that is sent to the new member. Since that is cc’d to the admin anyway I thought I could just provide further details in that email. Is there a way to include each of the fields (address, city, state, zip, phone, etc) in the registration complete email?
Another answer that may work is the API for creating a new member. I ran into the same problem with figuring out how to add additional fields (address, city, state, zip, etc).
Any help would be appreciated.

{home_page}May 30, 2012 at 5:15 pm #43832z2z2zMemberFantastic,
I love that you guys continually improve on your plugins.
Your the best
Any chance of getting the IP?
Thanks
May 31, 2012 at 1:14 am #43833adminKeymasterThe IP Address value doesn’t get logged until the user actually logs into the site.
June 2, 2012 at 3:53 pm #43834z2z2zMemberYes,
I’m using the automatic login once the user completes the registration, they are logged in the Free account.
I guess it’s a matter of coding choice? when you get the ip info and enter into the database that will or will not allow it to be include within the email.
The IP address of the form submitter is already there immediately upon clicking the registration form. I’m sure there is some logical reasoning you have it this way.
All the best,
Keep up the good work
