Impossible to change member profile in the Add/Edit Member Tab

Hi,

I have been desperately trying to add a secondary level to a specific member profile and it is impossible. The edit member page always reloads with no change.

I have tried other changes on the same member, like the gender : no result either.

If I make changes to another member profile, it works.

To clarify, you are having issues with only ONE particular profile?

Yes it is the only one I have tested with that behaviour.

It is likely that member’s profile has gotten messed up somehow in the database. Write down the details of that user. Then delete the profile and create a new one using the same details. How does the edit work after that?
