Import users into eMember and WordPress users

I have my eMembers set up so that when anyone registers on the site they are then added to both eMember list and as WordPress Users. This works really well.

I now need to add another 100 or so users manually for which I was following the instructions here http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/how-to-bulk-upload-member-details-from-a-csv-file-243 but would also like those users to be added as WordPress users and eMember users.

Is that possible?

Ah ha, I knew I’d seen this somewhere before! You simply import the users into the eMember members list and then go to WP eMember > Admin functions and and click the “Create WP Account for eMember users” button at the bottom of the page.

In the eMember settings page look for the checkbox called “Automatically Create WordPress User” inside the “WordPress User Integration Settings” section.
