Photo Seller – images not displaying properly in the lightbox enlarged mode.

I am rebuilding my website and using Photo Seller. In my gallery I loaded 16 images that display fine and when you click on them give you the enlarged version (using Thumbnail set up 10). But any further images being loaded into the same gallery show the thumbnail but not the enlargement. Comes up with message “The requested content can not be loaded, please try again later”. I have deleted, reloaded, changed images etc but I am still getting this message from the 17th image on wards. [https://karenmcleodphotography.com/wp/photogallery/gallery1/]

I started having this issue with the original website as well, and seemed to be shortly after the latest lot of WP updates. I am running Version 2.1.7 of Photo Seller on Word Press using site origin “North”

Are you using watermarking on that gallery? Just for a test please do the following:

Edit that gallery. Turn off the watermarking feature for it. Change the gallery template to something like template 1 or 2. Then save the gallery. Does the gallery work fine after that? If it does then change the gallery template back to the one you were using before. Does the gallery still work?

Okay I did what you suggested and it worked (briefly) my choice of template to suit my site is 9 or 10 – the others don’t suit my style so I was going to ask when you were going to do a fix on this. Now tonight I look at my gallery and again images are not displaying. I have tried all the different templates and all display as the thumbnails but not when you click on them which is rather important when you are selling your images. Whenever I change the template number in the gallery and save the gallery this appears at the top of the page above the “Gallery Saved” message.

Really need to know when you will have a fix for this as I need to have a functional gallery and shopping cart.

Currently the photo seller plugin has no outstanding bugs so there is really nothing to fix for this in the plugin.

There maybe a conflict somewhere. Can you please do the following test?

Also, What is the PHP RAM memory limit on your site? And what is the average image size that you are using in the gallery?

I am still getting this message from the 17th image on wards

I looked at your gallery and I don’t see the error message in the lightbox. Have you changed something?
