Hi,
I have tried so many things over the months since I purchased this plugin, but still this problem persists:
In my galleries ‘most’ (almost all) images simply don’t show. Instead I get a small box with a question mark in it. They don’t show in the gallery or on the photo details page.
The following is what I’ve tried:
– changing my theme from thesis diy to both the wordpress 2014 and 2012
– deactivating all plugins, deactivating some plugins
– checking with my provider regarding php memory limit and apparently that is not the issue (this may not even be relevant but I checked this for another problem I had earlier so I thought I should mention it hear just in case)
I understand that maintenance mode – not sure if you mean all, or just one plugin that is called exactly that can be problematic. I use “Easy Maintenance Mode” because I don’t really want anyone to see my site yet – well, certainly not when it’s working as crappy as it is right now.
However, yes I have tried disabling/deactivating that plugin, and no it doesn’t make a difference to the problem.
In my media files the images show correctly and I have used them in pages sidestepping WP Photoseller with no issues whatsoever – they show perfectly.
Does anyone have any ideas as to where the problem lies?
Thanks, Majeeda

July 13, 2014 at 7:04 am #64297PeterMemberPlease do the following:
1) Enable debug –
Go to settings page and scroll to bottom and set “Enaqble Logging” to “yes”
2) Provide a link to your gallery which is currently having the issue.
July 14, 2014 at 12:44 am #64298majeedaMemberBefore than: How can I instal the plugin freshly including all the pages that should be installed with it pls?
July 14, 2014 at 12:49 am #64299majeedaMemberBecause in complete frustration I have deleted it and tried to upload and reinstall it. I then noticed I had so many different page files, some appeared to be the same and I was unsure of which belonged to WP Photoseller and which belonged to other plugins that I have given a try because I couldn’t get wp photo seller to work…
Essentially where I am now is with wp photo seller deleted and the files deleted and what happens when I reinstall is that it remembers everything like the licence and my settings but does not recreate the page files that need to go with it.
July 14, 2014 at 1:24 am #64300PeterMemberJust delete all the pages you know that you haven’t created manually for uses other than the photo seller plugin. (Also ensure that you permanently delete them by going to trash and deleting too)
Then when you install the plugin, it will re-create the relevant pages after you activate it.
July 14, 2014 at 3:02 am #64301majeedaMemberThat’s just it – I have deactivated the license and completely deleted the plugins and when I upload and activate the plugin again there are no pages added.
