At the moment users cannot upload photos to my site.
I recently installed the latest builds Affiliate 4.7.9 and eMember v6.9.4
However the upload button does not work. I tried uninstalling all other plugins, but I cannot locate the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am really sorry to be such a pain. This particular issue is preventing our website launch. Any help to figure out how to upload profile pics would be much appreciated.

You do know that I asked you to provide some information which you haven’t right? Please see my above post (2 posts above). Without information I have no way of troubleshooting anything.August 23, 2011 at 2:38 pm #35628

This is whats happening on your site:
If you view the HTML source code of your site you will see the following line of code… see how your theme is hardcoding an older version of JQuery library?
Please get a fresh build of eMember from here to see if helps:
If you still see the issue after an update please do this test (only do the theme test):August 24, 2011 at 5:32 pm #35630
Thank you for the help. I am running eMember v6.9.4 which I believe is the latest build.
When I did the theme test, and switched to the default theme, I can upload a photo to my site. So it appears the theme is the source of the issue.
So the next question is how do I fix it or use a newer version of the jQuery library? Can i pay you to help me fix it?
Any direction would be most appreciated.

Well the most qualified person to fix this issue is the theme developer because its his/her coding. It is your theme developers responsibility to give you a properly coded theme so the developer should follow this up… I pointed out the exact issue so it won’t be that hard for him to fix either.
If you are stuck with a theme developer who never fixes up his work then yes you could pay me to fix it.August 25, 2011 at 8:24 pm #35632
Can you email me at [admin deleted email] with further details?
