I have created my first gallery, and after correcting a few issues including memory allocation in php.ini everything seems to be working, except for the one image in the gallery of 227, that I have a request to order already, which is not displaying in either the gallery nor the photo details page. I have tried;
– deleting the image and reuploading
– deleting the image, changing the image name and uploading again ( done this several times )
– deleting the image, changing the image size, changing the image name and uploading again.
everytime I just get a window where the image should be with the image name in it. if I click the tile, I go to a photo detail page with no image and all of the digital download options say (0x0)
The gallery page with this image is at
[http://molitor.photography/photogallery/gallery1/?pagename=photogallery%2Fgallery1&g_page=12]
the image detail page is at
[http://molitor.photography/photo_details/1/2670/RosadoG/view/]

August 28, 2015 at 12:30 am #71232ucmj22MemberThanks, as I stated, I have deleted it from both the gallery and media folder completely roughly 15 times, I have also tried opening, resizing and renaming in photoshop, then uploading it to the gallery and it has not changed. I can do it again though.
August 28, 2015 at 12:35 am #71233ucmj22Memberok, I have removed it from the gallery, deleted it permanently, then uploaded it and added it to the gallery again. the condition remains.
August 28, 2015 at 1:06 am #71234PeterMemberI’ve sent you an email.
ps: I also just noticed when looking at your gallery front end that it appears you have malware or malicious links on your website (ie, viagara link). I strongly suggest that you clean your site up.
September 13, 2015 at 11:08 pm #71235rodneyquarcooMemberHi Peter, I have the same problem.
I bought the plugin yesterday, successfully installed it and went through your basic setup videos. I went on to create a gallery [http://blog.rodneyquarcoo.com/photogallery/gallery1/] (password: testTest)
Frustratingly, when I click on a thumbnail, it opens up a blank page instead of a large photo with price options and other product details.
I definitely do not have viagra links on my site. LOL!
Your prompt response will be appreciated. Standing by, thanks.
September 13, 2015 at 11:40 pm #71236PeterMemberYour server is showing a 500 error:
GET [http://blog.rodneyquarcoo.com/photo_details-2/1/533/TZ/d3Bwc19waG90b19hdXRob3JpemVk/] 500 (Internal Server Error)]
Such errors are caused by something on the host SW. You will need to talk to your host provider about this – show them the error and ask them to try displaying that page and they should be able to help you.
In the meantime you could also try checking a couple of things:
1) Go to the wordpress permalinks settings and ensure that you have “postname” selected.
2) Try the following conflict tests – just in case:

September 18, 2015 at 4:01 pm #71237rodneyquarcooMemberHi Peter,
I went through your troubleshooting guide, thank you – although it did not help.
In the end, I lowered the resolution on the images and they all show up in photo detail page.
Thank you for your prompt response.
Cheers!
