Hi,
I am uploading the plugin as normal for other plug ins – when you go to choose the file to upload, and select the right one, the folder just opens in the finder window and gives no option to upload the whole thing, just 1 single file at a time which is going to take hours.
I am fine with wordpress – but transferring files via an FTP client is not something i know how to do – i host with NamesCo and can get into the file manager there, but again it is only letting me upload to the plugin directory one file at a time.
Having a nightmare please advise.
I have tried dragging and dropping the zip folder from finder onto the upload area, it received the full folder this way ok. However, when i select upload – it immediately jumps to a screen “Safari cannot open the page” with the error “the operation couldn’t be completed. Is a directory” with the code (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:21) I have removed and reinstalled wordpress 4.0 with no effect.
