I have 2 memberships ADVERTISER and PUBLISHER.
I want it to look like this mysite.com/advertiser <—where all the content will be available when they purchase this. (but not available to the publishers)
and another one like this mysite.com/publisher (likewise not visible to advertisers)
so far i had a sale in the advertiser category (launched yesterday) but can’t keep the information organized for them. I am using http://www.elegantthemes.com/preview/Magnificent/ this theme and I am trying to figure out how to hide the squeeze page that led them to purchase teh account.
my only solution at the moment is to use a widget and post the links there. HOWEVER, that’s accessible to the public.
All I want is for my homepage to be the squeeze page and redirect people elsewhere.
Thus far I installed a plugin that allows for creation of user roles. I created one for advertiser and publisher and added it to each membership. I actually don’t know where to go from here.
I think I found a solution using this plug in http://brandonwamboldt.ca/plugins/members-only-menu-plugin/
YES!
