I-phone will not download the mp3 file on iphone 4S

I- phone will not download the mp3 file on i-phone 4S… Myself and my colleague have both tried downloading the link in the thank you page on the i-phone and not been successful. It stops almost immediately… Any ideas?

Does the same link download correctly on any other device? In other words, the exact same link will work on one device, but not an iPhone 4s?

Does it work with any other kind of file?

Have you tried enabling the debug logs, doing a download, and then examining the download_manager_debug.log file?

I don’t have an iPhone, but from what I can Google on the subject, it may be an iOS thing…

It seems that, by design, you cannot download an MP3 file directly into your music library. Buyers must download to a computer and then go through iTunes.

It downloads onto my macbook by using the same link, maybe your right and mp3 don’t download direct to i-phones? No rephrase, you are right after I have now read several posts and comments.
