MemberI have created a product which is a live video stream on a wordpress page. I followed the instruction for using the apr system.
This is apr page url is: http://1000streams.com/test-video-stream/
and I put it as: aprtps://1000streams.com/test-video-stream/ in the Digital Product URL.
This is the thank you result:

You ordered the following items:
Test Video Stream – http://1000streams.com/downloads/download.php?file=2BOa%2FC4DUfyQjarv
Total Cost: 0.25
Transaction ID: 2SK440266V453245H
You should soon receive a payment receipt and a copy of this download information in your email (allthingsmoringa@gmail.com)
I checked everything on this page “https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/downloaded-file-size-is-0-zero-byte” and I am still getting the “404”.
I’m at my wits end! I tried everything.

ModeratorIt appears the regular http URL simply doesn’t exist. Did you remember to create the APR page as per the instructions?
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/using-wordpress-permalinks-as-digital-products-apr-1217
In other words, if http://1000streams.com/test-video-stream/ does not exist as a WP page, you will get a 404 error.

MemberYes, I read it.
The url for the product does exist, I just went to it. Here it is again: http://1000streams.com/test-video-stream/

ModeratorGood. Now change the “http” to “aprtp” in the product URL and it should work.
P.S. why is there an add to cart button on the page?

MemberI put the “aprtp” in the product url and I’m still getting “404. The requested page was not found”
This is what it say in the location bar “http://1000streams.com/downloads/download.php?file=2BOa%2FC4DUf2Qhavu”
Also, to answer your last question, since only the content is blocked, I figured I would put the add to cart right on the page.

MemberHere is a screen shot of the html for my product page. Only the content I want blocked is in the tags.
