On january the 16th I purchased the WP pdf stamper. I downloaded the product that day on my Mac. But I couldn’t upload it on my WP site. I explane: the WP pdf Stamper appears in my desktop as a folder that is not a “.zip”, and my WP site doesn’t accept to upload it.

Is there an issue about wp pdf Stamper and Macintosh?

Today I wanted to try with a microsoft OS PC (the one I’m using to write this e-mail) but the link to download the product is now expired. It is imposible to copy the downloaded pdf-Stamper folder from the Mac to an USB key.

At this moment I can’t use the product.

Could you help me? I am now in a hurry because the deadline to publish an e-book is on wednesday.

    Thanks for your help,

    Vivants

Hello Vivants before you try to install the plugin in your wordpress website you will need to zip it first (mac automatically opens your zip file when you download them). Since you are using a MAC system try the following URL

After you have successfully zipped the file check the following URL to make sure your server meets the minimum requirements for your plugin installation.

If your sever meets the minimum requirements the check the following URL. You will notice that in the tutorial a MAC system is used.

Do the following so your zip files don’t open automatically:

    Go into Safari Preferences.

    Page titled General.

    Scroll down to the bottom.

Deselect the box with the text “Open safe files after downloading”.

The plug-ins will now download as a .zips which upload seamlessly to WordPress.

The key is to upload the .zip file via the WordPress plugin uploader (not the unzipped folder)

Now, you can re-download the PDF Stamper plugin from here and install it:
