How to use shipping variation in theme

Presently I am using following code <?php echo print_wp_cart_button_for_product(‘Memo Plus Gold – Minimum Order 2 box, 2 x RM59.90’,119.80); ?> at http://oze.my/memo-plus-gold-memory-booster/

current shipping base set to:10 (West Malaysia)

I would like to put the shipping charges accordingly:-

West Malaysia:10

East Malaysia:15

Please guide me how to coded them in my theme page.

You are referring to the simple shopping cart (not WP eStore). The simple shopping cart plugin does not have shipping variation option. Please do not post simple shopping cart questions under WP eStore forum.
