How to upload a product to the directory

Can anyone tell me how to upload you products to the directory so you can get the links. This was shown in the video tutorial but only mentioned. I am new to this but love the plugin so any help would be nice. I have filezilla.

Hi Joshua, You can upload the products to your sever. These files can be store in any folder you would like, but we recommend uploading them to the downloads directory of the eStore plugin. If you need help finding this folder please let me know and I will send you an email regarding this.

You can also use the “Media Uploader” of WordPress to upload your digital content. Simply go to “Media” -> “Add New” from the WordPress Dashboard then upload your file. After you upload you can copy the URL of the uploaded file.
