Is it possible to change the “Subscription Starts” field multiple members at one time that have the same renewal date & need to be re-instated?

You can’t do that using the eMember interface but you can do it via phpMyAdmin by exporting/importing the data.

See this video for more info about how to use phpMyAdmin and export/import data into a DB table:
