Hello
I am looking to sell photography packages through wp eStore.
Here are the issues:
1. We need to associate specific GALLERIES/ALBUMS with specific USERS
2. Need to sell packages i.e. (12 8×10 photos, 50 thank-you cards, 50 DVD photos)
…obviously if the user were to add all of these items individually, the price would come out to more than the total package cost…also, after they select a package, how does the user “complete” the package, we would like the user to choose their specific images from their albums/galleries to build the package. i.e. (www.dominoes.ca) does this very well when building your own pizza.
Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks
Justin

How would I sell an entire album as a digital download, as opposed to each individual photo?

I own a photography studio and i was to provide my clients with the option to log into my site after a photosession, and view their proofs, purchase a package of their photos, and then be able to select each image they would like to include in the package.(including sizing).
Second random question: If the client purchased 5 products with digital downloads, can the eStore bundle all of the downloads into one link(maybe a .zip?), or is there now 5 links that get generated and sent to the client via email?
I am really liking wp eStore, and have purchased the plug-in to handle my digital downloads. I really thought this would be an easier task to accomplish.

August 4, 2012 at 2:02 am #48005adminKeymasterNo, eStore won’t combine the download links from different products together into one zip file. We don’t claim to have any feature like that in our features list.
May 29, 2015 at 9:03 am #48006JillMemberHello, I have a support package which provides 1 phone call support (linked to a booking service) and 3 emails support (linked to a form). My question is, can i restrict the phone support to just one usage on the same page as the email support when customers click on the link provided to them on they’re email after they purchased the support and still let them have access to the email form for 3 times restricting the number of clicks on the eStore digital products settings?
May 29, 2015 at 11:44 pm #48007adminKeymasterThe number of clicks/usage of an encrypted link is for each link. So you should create two different eStore product for them and then you can use different click/usage count on them.
