Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to protect my files inside a folder without having the user log in?
The reason is because I have videos loading on my site and I don’t want people to have to re-login again just to see it.
Quite simply, I just don’t want outside unregistered people to view my material. Isn’t there a basic wordpress plugin that makes sure a user is logged in to view the material?

If you are referring to the eMember’s download folder protection feature then the answer is no. The folder protection requires a login to the site
If you don’t want all the extra folder protection then simply disable this feature (this is an optional feature). eMember already makes it to where if you protect a page then the user have to log in to see the content. You can always embed your media on a page and then protect the page to get the standard protection.
