I have tried twice to get my PayPal refunds to deactivate the WLM account. the eStore record is removed fine, but the WLM account stays active. I purchased this last night, so I assume I have the latest version?
I have followed the instructions in this thread.
What am I doing wrong?

What is a “WLM account?”
Also, please make sure you have the debug option enabled in the eStore plugin so we can see what the plugin did after the refund action.
