How to give away with coupon code and sell without code

I have several ebooks that will be either sold via Paypal or given away with a coupon code by sponsors. Each sponsor will have their own coupon code and the price will be zero for the customer. I looked at squeeze pages but I need to track the coupon code as it is unique to the sponsor and reporting has to be available (I can write the reports).

So I was looking at just using check out with Zero pricing. But after filling in the form for manual checkout, I don’t get a download link as a customer (when testing).

So How do I:

Set up the system to accept a coupon code and set the price to zero?

Set up the notification to provide a download link?

Set up the tracking to include the coupon code?

Or accomplish what I have listed above?

Does not look like it. I need to capture the name and email address as well. Really need to be able to limit the amount of information collected during the manual check out. Since this package was ‘designed’ for digital distribution, collecting anything other than a name and email address should not be required. Perhaps you can let me know how to modify the form used in Manual Checkout?

I have everything working at this time, but still testing the process.
