How to get rid of "Enter Affiliate ID" box and Apply button

I do not want the Affiliate ID and Apply button in the cart. I do not have an affiliate program and I think this is confusing for the customer.

Please let me know how to remove it.

The option to enter “Affiliate ID” can only appear in the cart if you tell it to. You set this preference in “Settings”->”Addon Setings” tab of eStore (uncheck the “Allow Affiliate ID Entry” field). Not sure why you are complaining when you added that option yourself.
