Tagged: Upgrade Notification Email
When I add a new user manually, it seems eMember sends 2 emails – one saying the user’s registration is complete and one saying the member’s account has been upgraded. I want to disable the upgrade email.
In the email settings for the Account Upgrade Notification email, it states “This is the body of the email that will be sent to the member after they upgrade their membership account. If you don’t want to send this email then set a value of “disabled” in this field.”
I can’t figure out how or where to set the disabled value.
Thanks
If you don’t want to send this email then set a value of “disabled” in this field.
Try replacing the body text with the word “disabled“
Thanks, that worked. I didn’t think it was that simple. I tried {disable} and [disable], but not the word by itself.
