How to delete the "FAX" box from the edit profile menu for an affiliate?

When an affilate logs in, they have the option to edit their profile.

How do I delete the boxes labeled “FAX” and “TAX ID”?

I am using Option 2, on page display using a shortcode.

Open the “details_view.php” file from the “views” directory of the wp affiliate platform plugin and search for the following two lines:
```
<label><?php echo AFF_FAX; ?>: </label>

<label><?php echo AFF_TAX_ID; ?>: </label>
```
customize them however you want.
