How to delete test purchases?

Is there a way to delete test purchases from the sales count?

You can delete the test purchases from the “Manage Customers” menu but for the sale count you will have to edit the product to reset it. You can also set your sales count details after the testing phase.

As per your comment above…. after deleting the “test customers” from the customer database, can the sales counts within the “Manage Products” menu (for products tested) be reset for all tested products via the “Reset All Sales Data” button in the “Almighty Reset Buttons” section ?

The inventory count is not part of the sales stats. You can edit the product and modify your inventory count.
