I tried to delete some sales I tested but failed.
Another request is to allow admin to edit sales, not just delete., Thanks
October 31, 2012 at 3:36 am #50910adminKeymasterThere is a delete button next to each commission amount that you can use to delete this commission. What happens when you click the delete button and confirm the deletion?
What version of the affiliate plugin are you using?
Commission amounts are not meant to be edited which is why there is no edit option. If you need to edit a commission then do the following as a workaround:
– Delete the commission
– Manually add the new commission
November 1, 2012 at 2:49 am #50911blogvietMemberIt said no value to delete, I am using 5.3.5 the latest version you sent yesterday
November 2, 2012 at 3:47 am #50912adminKeymasterI have sent you an email to get access to the site so I can check this.
December 3, 2012 at 7:58 pm #50913blogvietMemberCan you send me a email again to check this and other things too? Thanks, I accidentally deleted your message previously.

February 8, 2015 at 6:48 pm #50915jackieboyMemberi deleted a bunch of test data from the plugin and i am seeing -xxx.xx in the sales tables for some test affiliates. i tried adding new test data to continue the test, awarded the commissions, then went to run a mass commission report, but it shows that there are no pending commissions in the report, but i know there are because i just awarded them
could there be a conflict somewhere due to the test data being deleted from the plugin and not the database? i have the msql database open but not sure how to delete the records there (if this is even recommended)
i also noticed that even though in settings the $ is checked, there is no $ symbol being displayed. any assistance would be appreciated.
February 8, 2015 at 10:52 pm #50916adminKeymasterWhen you are generating the payout report, are you entering a minimum commission amount value? Which payout report generation option are you using (A, B, C)?
February 8, 2015 at 11:23 pm #50917jackieboyMemberI am using option C with a minimum of $1.00
February 9, 2015 at 1:03 pm #50918jackieboyMemberupon further review the end date calendar in option C does not populate the date field. if i manually enter a date there is no pending commission result. the beginning date calendar however works just fine. any ideas on this one? thanks again
February 10, 2015 at 1:33 am #50919adminKeymasterThe date field is something you choose from the calendar. When you click on that field, it shows a calendar and then you can choose the date. Is the calendar not working on your site?
In my opinion you should use Option B. This option ensures that all outstanding payment upto a certain date is considered. Otherwise if the commission was generated before the start date that you are selecting then it won’t be there.
