I really NEED the ability to delete manual affiliate orders.

All of my orders are submitted the Manual method.

If a customer decides to later cancel (not a problem), the affiliate

still thinks they got a sale and will be expecting their money.

(I do know how to editing the mysql table though)

Also, is there a way to modify the code to turn ON or OFF manual order tracking for affiliates?

    Hi,

To delete a sales you simply add in a negative commission with the same amount to that affiliate and it will do it. This way the affiliate can see that there was a sale but then there was a reversal too. If you delete the record then the history of the sale gets lost.

You should be able to manually add a negative commission (to cancel a commission out) from the “Sales Menu” of the affiliate plugin.

1 problem, in the affiliates account overview, it still shows their total sales amount. My affiliates may have issues with this. To me “Sales” means “Payments received.” They will see they got sales, but will think I’m withholding their commission.

Also each time a negative order is added their Number of Sales increases. It will look like they got lots of sales, for lots of money, yet have $0 commission. They have no way of knowing if the customer actually paid. I would need to email them each time letting them know payment was not actually received.

I will add an option so you can delete a particular commission from the “Sales Menu”

That would be great. I read a similar post requesting the option to manually approve affiliate commissions. That would be great too!
