I want to modify the text displayed in the language file. I can change it in notepad and save it, but it will not let me over-ride the existing file via FTP. Do I need to modify permissions, and if so, what to ? (ie: 755, etc) Unix server.
Thanks.
The permissions should be 755 or 744. Make sure you log into the FTP account using the same user ID as that which owns the actual file or directory. If you get really desperate, change the permissions to 777, upload the file, and then change them back to 755.
