How to create sub-categories?

Hi,

How is it possible to create sub-categories under a top level category?

For example:

eBooks >

-fiction

-art

-classic

audioBooks >

-fiction

–Science fiction

–historical fiction

-art

-business

eStore has no “native” for product subcategories:

However, it is possible to “emulate” such a functionality, using the second option from this thread:
