How to create a product which could only add some values in usermeta table

I am planning to use a local currency. I want to create a product where I could define buy options using custom fields and send selected value to the usermeta table on the purchase of product. Like a 1,000 credits for $10. Once bought, I need following to be added in the usermeta table; userid:239, meta_key:my_credits & meta_value:1000.

Is it possible to create such a product?

I know I will have to add more values to manage totals and all but that will give me a good start. I would really appreciate your help.

So what you want is a way, perhaps on the IPN return, for eStore to perform some kind of programmatic update of a database table?
