How to create a poll/survey form that sends download link to participants

Hi! I need to create a short poll/survey form with yes/no answers (required fields) that will send participants an encrypted link to download a particular store product for free after they submit their answers. Do you have any suggestions on how to do this?

Fyi: I have your WP eStore, eMember, Affiliate, and eStore Gift Voucher plugins, if that helps.

To be more clear, I would like people to answer some (yes/no) questions before downloading a free digital product. Is it possible to do this?

If you don’t mind doing some “external site gymnastics,” you might be able to:

1. Redirect to a Google Forms hosted survey/poll.

    

2. Configure a (Google Forms) customized confirmation page, which contains a text link for the free (Download Now) product.

    

3. Don’t forget to install the WP eStore Download Now via Text Link Addon:

This is more of a functionality for a polling type plugin. It’s definitely not something we can add to our WP eStore plugin since the whole polling functionality is a big plugin just by itself.
