Hi, Is it possible to charge 10% tax for local buyers and tax-free for international?

I can’t see where to set this up.

You want to setup “Regional Sales Tax,” using PayPal:

This currently only works for PayPal, because they use a buyer “profile” to determine the correct tax rate.
