How to change heading in cart?

We’ve set up the shipping fee to be the standard PayPal fee for low value purchases and want to change the cart’s “Shipping” heading to “PayPal Fee”. We’re using the standard

Sounds like you are wanting to modify the “ESTORE_SHIPPING” variable.
