How to change commission earned if percentage changes

I’ve changed an affiliate’s commission level from 20% to 30% after he referred a buyer who purchased a monthly subscription. I’d like to retroactively change the amount of commission earned. How do I do this?

The plugin will factor in that change for all future commissions. If you want to change past commissions then you have to manually do it. It is not a good practice to automatically change commission amount that has already been awarded to the affiliates so the plugin won’t do this.

You can go to the commissions menu in the admin and manually delete a commission and then add a new one with the amount that you want to give.
