How to cancel duplicate customer registration?

A customer registered first with manual checkout, which was by accident, and then returned to our site and registered again for the same course with PayPal. By using “cancel customer” button on the manual payment record, will that cancel all record of that customer, or just that manual registration?

You can delete that manual transaction from the manage customers menu if you don’t want it. It will only delete the record that you are deleting.
