How to better protect comments for the right membership level?

I have two membership levels on my site.

I also use the WP widget “Recent Comments”.

This widget shows the latest comments made.

How can I prevent comments made by members of the highest level to show for members of the lowest level?

I am not sure I totally understand the question. What do you mean by the following?

prevent comments made by members of the highest level to show for members of the lowest level
