Looks like you have one checkbox field with a really really long label. How about you try the following:

Remove that checkbox from the registration form. Then edit that page and enter the following below the registration form shortcode:

By registering, you agree to [.... your terms goes here ....]

You don’t need the checkbox anymore because everyone who is registering is already agreeing to it.

If you want, you can now add a checkbox in there with a shorter label like “You agree to the terms listed below”. The key is to have a short label for the fields you add to the registration form.
